The Music Center will host its next regional marketing event "The Arts: The Fabric of Life" on April 22, 2009, in conjunction with the Montebello Unified School District. The event will take place at Montebello Intermediate School from 8:30 - 11:30 am. The audience for this event will be school-based leaders (principals, teachers, PTA members) from districts in the East region of Los Angeles County, including Bassett USD, Alhambra USD, San Marino USD, Hacienda-La Puente USD, Rosemead USD, Norwalk-La Mirada USD, and others. A significant percentage of districts in this area are part of the Arts for All initiative.
