Tell us a story about your life in Los Angeles based on the theme: "What does your day look like?" Submit a series of photographs taken within a 24-hour /1-day time period. Share REAL-LIFE MOMENTS, intriguing faces and places, the people around you, your neighborhood, your CULTURAL celebrations - a day in your LIFE IN LA.
Eligibility/Who can participate?
Photo story contest is open to amateur photographers who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry in the contest.
- Submission must be an original work, not less than three (3) photographs and not more than ten (10) photographs, on the above theme and must have been taken within one continuous 24-hour window of time.
- Photographs which have previously been published or won an award in a photography contest are not eligible.
- All entries must be received before 11:59p.m. Pacific Standard Time on April 25, 2011.
- Up to three entries will be permitted per person.
- Photo stories will be selected for public sharing (see Save the date! below) based on best fit with the above theme, any submission may be disqualified from the contest at the sole discretion of the Music Center.

Prizes
Six prize winners will each receive a Tenba Vector camera bag and a $300 gift card from Samy's Camera, plus a shared print feature in an upcoming issue of Brand X, a free weekly publication by the Los Angeles Times.

Selected photo stories will be shared publicly and judged through public voting conducted by text messaging and/or online voting.
The submissions receiving the highest number of votes during the voting period will be named the prize winners. Only one prize per person.
